WIS, a global inventory and data collection services companies, has moved into a new 70,996 square foot office at Crown Centre in Lewisville. Their previous corporate office was in Tempe, Arizona. The company has grown significantly of late, due to completing a number of acquisitions, forcing them to look for more space. Bright Realty brokered the lease. The corporate campus is on 140 acres in the Castle Hills community of Lewisville.
The headquarters locations is the first of a number of projects to come. At completion the Crown Centre will include 2,000 multi-family units, 3 million square feet of office space and up to 500 hotel rooms. In addition, a number of lakes and trails will connect its 35 buildings.
The development is close to DFW, The Shops at Legacy West, Grandscape and The Realm at Castle Hill.
