Bright Realty Brings Biggest Fireworks Show Yet to Castle Hills for Fourth of July Freedom Festival

The annual Castle Hills Fourth of July Freedom Festival is all about family fun with lots of kids’ activities, live music, food trucks and, of course, one of the best fireworks shows in the area! Bright Realty, the developer of Castle Hills, has sponsored the annual fireworks display since 1999, when the event started. This year’s show will be the biggest and best yet.

The event takes place on Saturday, July 4th, at the Castle Hills Village Shops, a one-acre-plus site featuring tree-shaded walkways, gardens and numerous water features, including the very popular interactive water fountain, a permanent stage and shaded outdoor seating. The plaza is located at 2560 King Arthur Blvd. at Lady of the Lake in the Castle Hills neighborhood. Everyone is welcome!

At 5:00 pm the Freedom Festival begins with live music from The JR Byrd Band and numerous FREE family activities such as Euro bungee, water slide, climbing ladder, carnival games and more! There will be face painting sponsored by Orange Theory Fitness, hat making for all ages sponsored by Krieger Orthodontics, and free arts and crafts sponsored by Kroger Marketplace. Attendees can stop by the photo booth for a free photo with their family and a chance to win a $100 Williams Sonoma gift card. Rounding out the fun is food trucks including: OinknMoo BBQ, The Butcher’s Son, Nammi, Easy Slider, KonaIce and Ruthies, along with PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery. The finale of the evening is the fireworks display beginning at approximately 9:30 PM. Get there early to get the best seats. Bring chairs, blankets and coolers.

The Castle Hills Fourth of July Freedom Festival is FREE.
