Bright Realty brokered the lease for a corporate headquarters at the Castle Hills Village Shops in Lewisville. RealTime Laboratories is relocating to a 7,334-square-foot space at the Castle Hills Village Shops. RealTime Labs offers COVID and antibody testing, as well as an array of other health and environmental testing services. In addition to its new corporate office at the Village Shops, RealTime Labs is operating temporarily from a 2,282-square-foot location offering consumer testing at the Village Shops. The company’s permanent lab in Carrollton is undergoing repairs from the winter storm last month.
“When I saw the disastrous flooding inside our lab facility after the storm in February, I thought we’d be down for months,” said Dave Murcott, RealLabs CEO. “The team at Bright Realty heard about our dilemma and asked one question, ‘How can we help?’ They found a space for us to immediately set up temporary lab operations, and we were testing patients within 10 days. We appreciate the speed and flexibility they showed with our temporary space and are excited to make Castle Hills the long-term home for our corporate offices.” Bright Realty's Britton Lankford, Nick Miller and Dan Looney represented the landlord in the transactions for RealLabs.
The Castle Hills Village Shops is a neighborhood destination within the Castle Hills master-planned community.
