Bright Realty has completed the sale of Valor at The Realm Apartments and the retail below, a 260-unit luxury apartment community located in The Realm at Castle Hills, its premier 324-acre master-planned development.

Crown Centre II is now open for leasing off SH 121 and Windhaven Parkway at Castle Hills in Lewisville, according to a Sept. 17 news release from project developer Bright Realty.

Bright Realty has completed Crown Centre II, a $50 million project that features a four-story, 147,000-square-foot office building located at SH 121 Sam Rayburn Tollway and Windhaven Parkway.

Nearly three years after being annexed by the city of Lewisville and adding around 18,000 residents to its population, the 2,568-acre Castle Hills area continues to grow.
