Bright Realty's senior executive team has over 80 years combined real estate experience in all facets of real estate development, property management and agency leasing as well as brokerage and commercial property dispositions.
Chris Bright is the CEO and member of board of managers for Bright Realty. Mr. Bright oversees Bright Realty and its parent company Bright Industries. Mr. Bright leads the daily activities of Bright Industries which was founded in the 1950s by their father, the late H.R. "Bum" Bright, former Dallas Cowboys owner and businessman. Bright Industries services include real estate development, home building operations, golf operations, financial services and corporate hospitality.
Mr. Bright holds a B.A. from the University of Dallas and began his career with STM Mortgage Company, where he supervised STM's real estate construction lending operations, and commercial loan placement and underwriting.
Mr. Bright has been active in several Dallas charitable and civic organizations including A Weekend to Wipe Out Cancer, Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas and the McKinney Avenue Trolley Association. He serves on the board of directors for the University of Dallas, Bright Industries, Bright Realty, and American Legend Homes.

Biography
Eric Stanley is president and chief operating officer for Bright Realty and member of its Board of Managers. Mr. Stanley began his real estate career in 1981 managing his family's real estate development business. He originally joined Bright Realty in 1986 in a management position overseeing Bright Realty's multiple real estate investments. In 1989, Mr. Stanley joined the Trammel Crow Company in a senior management position responsible for the 1.5 million square foot-plus Bank of Oklahoma high-rise tower. From 1996 to 2004, he managed an Austin commercial development company, directing the development, management and sales of more than one million square feet of class A office, commercial and retail shopping space and $10 million-plus in lease transactions. He returned to Bright Realty in 2004 where he has since overseen the development, leasing and management of a number of retail, mixed-use, office and multi-family projects involving millions of square feet, as well as hundreds of land transactions related to single-family lots and commercial properties.
Mr. Stanley is past president elect of Tulsa's Institution of Real Estate Management organization (IREM) and vice president of Tulsa's Building Owners and Management Association organization (BOMA). He has held an Institute of Real Estate Management's Certified Property Manager designation since 1993 and is a licensed Texas and Oklahoma real estate broker.
Mr. Stanley is married with three grown children and resides in Castle Hills. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with his family.
Keegan Smith is the chief financial officer for Bright Realty. As chief financial officer, she is responsible for strategic planning, managing the finance and accounting operations, securing equity and debt financing for development projects, along with managing banking relationships.
She joined the company in 2008 and most recently held the position as executive vice president of finance. In her previous role, she was primarily responsible for real estate project analysis supporting the development and financing of over $442 million in commercial and residential projects, including but not limited to existing income-producing properties, multi-family project development and single-family residential lot development.
Prior to joining Bright Realty, Ms. Smith held positions with JLL (formally The Staubach Company), Lennox Industries and Ryan, LLC. Ms. Smith is a graduate of Texas A&M University where she earned a bachelor of science in finance from the Mays Business School and is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate for Women). Ms. Smith is married with two young boys who keep her very active.
As executive vice president for Bright Realty, Lucas Patterson oversees real estate development. Mr. Patterson and his team are responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial development activities for over 500 acres of the Bright family farm land along with numerous retail pad sites in the DFW metroplex. Mr. Patterson has over 17 years of real estate industry experience specializing in retail development and leasing. He holds a master in business administration with a concentration in real estate finance from The McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin.
Prior to joining Bright Realty in 2011, Mr. Patterson worked with Lincoln Property Company for six years, leasing and managing over 2.5 million square feet of Lincoln Property Company developments and third party accounts including the Shops at the Galleria, a 500,000 square foot power center in southwest Austin, and the re-development of Northcross Mall in central Austin. Mr. Patterson is also a licensed Texas Real Estate agent.
Mr. Patterson is married with three school-aged children. In his spare time, he enjoys attending his children's activities and University of Texas sporting events.
As executive vice president for Bright Realty, Parker Bright oversees commercial construction activities. Mr. Bright and his team are responsible for facilitating the coordination between Bright Realty's development team and third party general contractors for over $350 million in commercial developments. Mr. Bright joined the company in 2006 working in retail property management and transitioned into retail and hospitality construction management. In 2010, he oversaw the renovation of The Lakes at Castle Hill's country club golf course and clubhouse which included a resort-style pool, tennis facility, and fitness and wellness center. Additionally, he sits on the board of the Castle Hill's Master Association and its affiliated boards.
Mr. Bright is a graduate of Texas A&M University and a licensed real estate broker in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado. In his free time he enjoys watching Texas Aggies football and participating in outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.
Britton Lankford has more than two decades of commercial real estate experience in Texas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. Prior to joining the Bright team in 2011, Mr. Lankford worked for Century 21 Commercial in retail project leasing, managing 13 agents and handling retail tenant representation. Prior to Century 21 Commercial, he worked at Cross Development, overseeing all aspects of Wal-Mart Super Center shadowed retail projects with site selection and leasing for over 4 years.
The majority of his retail brokerage consists of Third Party Retail leasing and retail tenant representation. Landlords he has worked with include Glenborough, Greenway Investments. Meridian Bank, State Bank and Trust, CME Development, Thompson National Properties, Eagle Equity, Mark R. Smith Co, Cawley Partners, Windmill Development, Victory Group, RTG Capital and more. Currently he is leasing the high profile mixed use development The Realm at Castle Hills. His tenant representation work includes clients such as RaceTrac, WingStop, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, Papa Murphy Pizza, Long Prairie Dental, II Brothers' Grill & Bar, Spirit Halloween, Soul Fire Pizza, and more. For the past six years, Mr. Lankford has focused on new construction retail in high income communities that cater to national retail and medical tenants. Currently he is overseeing 1.4 Million sf of commercial property.
Mr. Lankford is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas, a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He was born and raised in North Texas and has lived in Plano since 2002 with his wife and two boys. He graduated from The University of Texas.
Edina Radoncic serves as vice president for Bright Realty and is focused on Castle Hill's premiere living neighborhood, Enchanted Hill. Enchanted Hill is situated in the heart of the community, offering expansive lots for custom homes overlooking The Lakes golf course. Additionally, Ms. Radoncic oversees new condominium sales for Bright Realty. Ms. Radoncic previously worked for Bright Industries as service director for The Lakes at Castle Hills. As service director, she hired, trained, and developed the front of house staff. Ms. Radoncic also worked as a leasing professional for Discovery Castle Hills.
Ms. Radoncic is currently completing her degree at The University of North Texas and in her spare time volunteers for the Birthday Party Project, whose mission is to bring joy to homeless children. She also enjoys traveling and exploring her hometown city of Dallas.
Nick Miller serves as vice president to the Bright Realty brokerage team with a focus on retail leasing, landlord and tenant representation, and investment sales. Prior to Bright Realty, Mr. Miller worked as an investment sales associate, with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in single tenant retail properties. Mr. Miller received his bachelor's degree in Finance from Louisiana State University. A Dallas native, he enjoys running and volunteering with Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity in his spare time.
Daniel Looney, an experienced commercial real estate brokerage and investment professional, is a Vice President with Bright Realty. In this position, Mr. Looney handles retail project leasing for a shopping center portfolio, land sales, and tenant representation. Prior to joining the Bright team, Mr. Looney began his brokerage experience in 2010 with Century 21 Commercial where he focused on the leasing of third party retail centers and land sales. In 2017, Mr. Looney joined The Weitzman Group joint venture team where he exclusively leased projects controlled by Weitzman. Mr. Looney is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He received a bachelor of arts degree with a double major in Spanish and psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
Cole Claiborn joined Bright Realty in 2019 and is responsible for special projects including optimal management of public-private partnerships and funds associated with developer agreements, interfacing with the bond market, structuring financial solutions, and streamlining management reporting.
Prior to joining Bright Realty, Mr. Claiborn was an associate director at ORIX USA where he worked for six years in the +$1 billion high-yield municipal bond portfolio, and the nascent infrastructure private equity portfolio. In his last two years there, Mr. Claiborn was responsible for directly originating $200 million in investments that out-performed their respective portfolios. Prior to ORIX USA, Mr. Claiborn spent three years working as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies in New York City. Mr. Claiborn is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and enjoys spending time with his young family and being outdoors whenever he can get away.
