Founded in the 1950's by the late H.R. "Bum" Bright, Bright Realty is the full-service commercial and residential real estate arm of parent company Bright Industries.
Led by a family legacy of integrity and dedication, the Bright Realty team acts as developer, owner and operator of our residential and commercial developments. We also specialize in commercial and land brokerage.
DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY
We deliver results by leveraging experience with innovative technology and long-term design trends to create communities that will last for generations. We are most known for our development of Castle Hills, an award-winning 2,900-acre, single-family, luxury golf course community and retail center in Lewisville, Texas. Through a long-standing public-private partnership with the City of Lewisville along with the direction and coordination of countless design professionals and home builders, the Bright family has transformed what once was the family farm into a majestic, walkable and inviting community.
THE FUTURE
Bright Realty is committed to completing the commercial development of the existing 500 plus acres of the family farm. Most notably, the 324-acre, mixed-use development in the northern portion/section of Castle Hills on the Sam Rayburn Tollway/121 Corridor, The Realm at Castle Hills. The Realm consists of Class A office, retail and multi-family and delivered its first phase in fall 2019.
