Bright Realty Overview

Founded in the 1950's by the late H.R. "Bum" Bright, former Dallas Cowboys owner and businessman, Bright Realty is the full-service commercial and residential real estate arm of parent company Bright Industries.
Led by a family legacy of integrity and dedication, the Bright Realty team acts as developer, owner and operator of our residential and commercial developments. We also specialize in commercial and land brokerage.

DEVELOPMENT PHILOSOPHY

We deliver results by leveraging experience with innovative technology and long-term design trends to create communities that will last for generations. We are most known for our development of Castle Hills, an award-winning 2,900-acre, single-family, luxury golf course community and retail center in Lewisville, Texas. Through a long-standing public-private partnership with the City of Lewisville along with the direction and coordination of countless design professionals and home builders, the Bright family has transformed what once was the family farm into a majestic, walkable and inviting community.

THE FUTURE

Bright Realty is committed to completing the commercial development of the existing 500 plus acres of the family farm. Most notably, the 324-acre, mixed-use development in the northern portion/section of Castle Hills on the Sam Rayburn Tollway/121 Corridor, The Realm at Castle Hills. The Realm consists of Class A office, retail and multi-family and is scheduled to deliver its first phase in fall 2019.

OUR VISION

Through partnerships and innovative development, we will be known nationwide as a premier developer, owner and operator of quality communities.

Our Values:

  • Quality. We are only as good as the product we deliver. Excellence in all aspects of what we do defines our reputation and character.
  • Integrity. We are honest about the results we can achieve and steadfast in delivering them.
  • Team work. No one can succeed alone. We count on each other to communicate, question and challenge each process to produce the best outcomes.
  • Humble. We respect one another and reinforce a team first philosophy supported by individual strengths.
  • Learning. We are continuously on a quest for knowledge and ideas that can directly impact the people that live and work in communities in which we build.
  • Creativity. We value different perspectives and unique solutions to problems.
