Burger Bar and Art Studio Add to Growing List of Castle Hills Village Shops Tenants

- Bright Realty brokered leases for a burger bar and an art studio in the growing Castle Hills Village Shops in Lewisville. The 2,600-square-foot Grind Burger Bar & Tap Room is in Phase 5 of the Village Shops. The Grind is a "world class neighborhood burger joint" serving craft burgers and beer. This is the second location for the restaurant; the first is opening soon in Craig Ranch. Britton Lankford and Tim McNutt., Jr. represented the landlord, Bright Realty, in the transaction. Tim McNutt, Sr., Renee Mears Inc., represented the tenant.

The 1,585-sqaure-foot art studio, Design Time, will open in Phase 1 of the Village Shops.

These retailers add to the quickly growing Village Shops destination. The London Baker, a specialty bakery featured in the upcoming Food Network series "Dallas Cakes," recently joined other retailers such as TKO Libations, a craft brewery, and The Salty Cow, a gourmet cheese and provisions shop. Other Village Shops tenants include TBD Kitchen, PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery, Kanzi Sushi & Hibachi, Z's Wok, Sophia's Kitchen and conveniences such as a women's hair salon, men's barber, dog groomer, nail salon; dental, chiropractic and orthodontic offices; a convenience store and more. Developer Bright Realty also sponsors regular community events in the plaza such as the upcoming Castle Hills Concert Series, drawing thousands to the location which currently has more than 4,300 single family homes.
