The Bright Realty team created a lot of buzz at this year’s ISCS Vegas “RECON” Convention. Its 800-square-foot, high-tech booth was as attention-getting as Bright Realty’s long list of deals, including several along the active State Hwy. 121/Nebraska Furniture Mart area.
“Everyone in the DFW commercial real estate arena wants to be a part of the State Hwy. 121 activity and Bright Realty is front and center,” said Britton Lankford senior vice president. The team recently announced the closing of the final deal in over 19 acres of pad sites fronting State Hwy 121. The company is also working on its 150-acre office park there, Crown Centre, which will bring more than 3 million square feet of Class A office and retail space to the growing area.
“Our team had a prime spot in the Las Vegas Conference Center, among hundreds of national retailers, investors and developers and we were able to set the table for several new transactions. It was great to be among the very best in the commercial real estate industry to discuss key issues,” said Lucas Patterson, executive vice president. RECON was host to over 30,000 brokers and end users during the three-day event.
