Bright Realty brokered the sale of 1.33 acres to Bliss Pet Resort at the southeast corner of Windhaven and Josey Lane in Lewisville, part of the Castle Hills master-planned community. The pad site is part of an Aldi-anchored, 12.99-acre Bright Realty development that also includes a Caliber Collision, Honest-1 Auto Care, DreamWash Auto Spa and CubeSmart. Britton Lankford represented the seller, Bright Realty, in the transaction. James Tan, Keller Williams Realty, represented Bliss Pet Resort.
Bliss Pet Resort is adding the Castle Hills location to its site in Prosper. The pet boarding, day care and grooming business is slated to open in 4Q 2019. The last remaining pad site at this high traffic location in the busy Grandscape/Nebraska Furniture Mart area is under contract, closing in December 2018. Bright Realty is currently master-planning the 6.45 acres on the southwest corner of this same intersection.
