Discovery at The Realm Apartments
Discovery at The Realm is a multi-family project with over 750 units projected at build-out. The project is envisioned as a collection of apartments within a walk-able community including parks, trails, resort-style swimming pools, water features, a lakeside promenade, as well as services including food and beverage, spa, fitness programs, concierge, housekeeping, pets, technological enhancements and a host of interactive programs and events. Located south of Windhaven Parkway at Castle Hills Drive in Lewisville, Discovery at The Realm's first phase consists of three podium-style buildings on over 20 acres of land. The first available units were delivered April 2016.
Phase II of Discovery consisting of 312 units, was delivered in Fall of 2020.
Phase III, consisting of 25 townhomes, was delivered in Spring of 2022 with another twelve townhomes and business center expected to be delivered in Spring of 2023.
