Bright Realty brokered the lease for The Art of Handsome, a barbershop, in the Castle Hills Village Shops in Lewisville. The 1,140-square-foot men's salon will be in Phase 2 of the shops at 2540 King Arthur Blvd. in the master-planned Castle Hills community. The barbershop will offer men's haircuts and beard grooming. Tim McNutt and Britton Lankford of Bright Realty represented the landlord, Bright Realty, in the transaction. Cole Collins with McNeff Commercial RE represented the tenant. The Art of Handsome is expected to open in spring 2018.
The Art of Handsome adds another retailer to the already popular Village Shops destination. TKO Libations, a craft brewery, and The Salty Cow, a gourmet cheese and provisions shop, recently opened in the shops. Other Village Shops tenants include TBD Kitchen, PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery, Kanzi Sushi & Hibachi, Z's Wok, Sophia's Kitchen and conveniences such as a women's hair salon; dog groomer, nail salon; dental, chiropractic and orthodontic offices; a convenience store and more. Developer Bright Realty also sponsors regular community events in the plaza such as the upcoming Castle Hills Spring Concert Series, drawing thousands to the location which currently has more than 4,300 single family homes.
